With 2 weeks to go, you should already have a builder. If not, brief several builders this week and ask for a modular or semi-custom stand, which can be produced faster.

About AAPEX
AAPEX is a trade show for the automotive aftermarket: parts, tools, equipment and service for repair shops and retailers, held in Las Vegas, USA at The Venetian Expo. It takes place every year. Exhibitors can compare exhibition stand builders who work at the show and request stand proposals with one brief on StandsZone Global.
The 2026 edition runs 3–5 November 2026. Exhibitors who want a stand that stands out in the hall need a builder who knows The Venetian Expo, its build-up rules and its delivery schedule. Dates on this page are checked against the organiser’s announcement.

What works for vehicle and transport stands
Vehicles and machines set the layout: plan access doors, turning space, floor protection and lighting that shows the product well. Builders need the exhibit dimensions and weights early.
Choosing a stand type
Shell scheme
The organiser’s basic package of walls, fascia and lighting. The lowest cost and effort; a builder can still add graphics and furniture.
Modular system
Reusable aluminium frames with fabric graphics. Quick to install and good value if you exhibit at several shows a year.
Custom built
Designed and built for your brand and space, usually from timber and mixed materials. The most impact and the most planning time.
Double-deck
A second level for meetings on large island spaces. Needs structural approval and the longest lead time.
What every quote should include
Quotes for the same stand can differ a lot because builders include different things. Ask each builder to price these items separately:
- Design, project management and drawings for organiser approval
- Construction materials and finishes (walls, flooring, counters, storage)
- Graphics production and installation
- Electrics and lighting, and who orders the venue connection
- Furniture, AV and screens (bought or rented)
- Transport, build-up, dismantling and waste removal
- Storage of reusable parts after the show
- Insurance, payment terms and what happens if the design changes
